Four techniques, one standard: craftsmanship

We specialise in both log construction and timber-frame building. Which method suits your project depends on design, budget and taste — we're happy to advise.

Round-log cabin in the forest

Round-log construction

The original. Massive, untreated logs are stacked and notched by hand — every corner joint is individually fitted. The result is a rugged, powerful house with visible craftsmanship in every seam.

Kelo log construction

Kelo is pine that died standing in the Finnish forest and weathered for years in the harsh northern climate. That makes it exceptionally strong, virtually maintenance-free, and gives it a unique silver-grey patina.

Planed, tightly stacked beams for a modern, light result. Finnish log construction combines the solid structure of log building with a refined, contemporary look.

Timber frame & panel construction

The fastest and most flexible method. Prefab panels are produced in our factory and assembled on site — wind- and watertight within days. Maximum architectural freedom, superbly insulated.

Our process

From sketch to keys

You decide how far we go: a self-build kit only, a wind- and watertight shell, or complete turn-key delivery including an architect.

    Introduction & design

    We discuss your wishes, review the site and translate your idea or sketch into a concrete design. On request we bring in an architect specialised in timber construction.

  2. 2

    Production in our own factory

    Your house is built by hand in our factory in Limbaži, Latvia — where forests are still growing and the craft is generations old. Dutch design, Baltic workmanship.

  3. 3

    Assembly on site

    Our own crew erects the house on your plot. Thanks to our method we realise projects fast — from foundation to a wind- and watertight shell.

  4. 4

    Handover & warranty

    We deliver as agreed and advise on foundations and installations. You receive a warranty according to European building standards — worry-free living.

Prefer to build it yourself?

Choose a self-build kit: complete with a detailed manual and all assembly hardware. Based on a standard design or your own — we think along with you.
